What is MapMyTurf, in one sentence?
A door-knocking platform that splits any area into fair, walkable territories with real door counts, then tracks every knock, callback and rep live on one map — under your own brand.
Where does it work?
Australia: everywhere. Door counts and house numbers come from G-NAF, the official national address database, which covers the whole country.
United States: growing. North Carolina has full house-number coverage today from the National Address Database; other states run on the best open address and building data available, and we're importing more states as crews need them. Email us your state and we'll tell you exactly what it looks like there.
How accurate are the door counts?
Patches are counted from official government address points — one point per registered address, snapped to its rooftop. A "150-door patch" is 150 registered addresses. New estates under construction lag official data by a few months, same as every map on earth.
Is my crew's location tracked all the time?
No — and this is a hard rule, not a setting. A rep is a live dot on the map only while clocked on. On a break or clocked off, the dot disappears immediately and nothing is shared. Location sharing is part of the shift, not surveillance, and reps can see that for themselves.
The full detail is in our privacy policy — written to be readable by humans.
What do reps need to install?
Nothing to start — MapMyTurf runs in the browser on any phone, and installs to the home screen like an app (two taps on iPhone or Android). A native iPhone app is on its way to the App Store, adding background location while on the clock.
How long does setup take?
The trial form creates your workspace in about a minute. Splitting your first suburb takes a few minutes more. Inviting the crew is one pasted list of emails. Most companies are knocking on MapMyTurf turf the same day they sign up.
We knock for businesses, not homes. Does it work for us?
Yes — flip a campaign to Businesses and the engine counts premises (shops, offices, industrial units) instead of homes, and cuts business-district territory the same fair way.
What does "white-label" actually mean here?
Your company name, logo and colours across the whole app, at your own web address — your crew signs into your tool. Subcontractors work inside your brand too. MapMyTurf runs the engine underneath and stays out of sight.
Whose data is it? What if we leave?
Yours, full stop. Your territories, knock history and numbers belong to your company. If you cancel, your workspace goes read-only rather than vanishing, and you can take your data with you.
Who builds this?
A door-knocking company — a Brisbane pest control business whose own crews run on MapMyTurf every week. The tool exists because we needed it ourselves. The story is here.
