Field guide
Everything you need,
nothing you don't.
Two minutes for reps. Ten for managers. The app teaches the rest as you go.
Reps — your day in five moves
- Clock on — tap the gold banner (or the clock button) when you start. Your dot goes live to your team, your shift starts counting, and callback reminders arm themselves.
- Find your turf — your patch wears your colour. Tap it to see doors, who's on it and how worked it is. The ◎ button snaps the map to where you stand.
- Knock and log — tap the house you're at, pick what happened. That's it. Every dot is a real address, so your pin lands on the roof, not the road.
- Log by voice — tap 🎤 and say “number 45 not interested”. Check the preview, tap Log it.
- Clock off — the app warns you if callbacks are still open. Your dot disappears the moment you're off.

Wrong door? Tap the pin → correct the
knock or move it to the right house. Honest data beats tidy data.
Managers — plan, split, hand out
Get turf on the map
- Split a whole suburb — Turf → Split a whole suburb or postcode. The engine cuts it along real roads into ~135-door patches: both sides of a street stay together, cul-de-sacs stay whole, parks and schools are never turf. Patches land grey (unassigned) — tap one to hand it out.
- Draw an area — Turf → Draw + auto-split. Outline it, see the live door count, split between chosen reps or into patches for later. Knocking for businesses instead? Flip Knocking for to 🏪 Businesses and the engine counts premises instead of homes.
- Not happy with a split? — open a patch → Merge / re-split with neighbours → tap the patches → merge them, or re-split at a new door target. The map is never final.
Plan the week
- Day stamping — select patches → Day…. Monday turf wears greens, Tuesday blues… the week reads at a glance. Widen the Layers date window to see the whole week at once.
- Teams — the Team tab builds the day's crews by drag-and-drop; publish and split an area across every team in one go.
- Second laps — Filters → pick outcomes (say Call back + Not home) and a rest window. Filtered doors grey out instead of vanishing, so the street stays readable while the lap's targets stay lit.
Run the crew
- Live map — everyone clocked on is a moving dot with their initials. Pulse shows doors, outcomes and the leaderboard for any day, team or rep.
- Invite people — Team → Org →
Invite people…. Paste emails (one per line, add
, managerfor leads). New people get a sign-up email; existing accounts join instantly. - Rest discipline — drawing over recently-knocked ground warns you before you split it. 3 months minimum, 6 is ideal.
Trial workspace? Everything works — you
get 12 engine splits a day. Going live removes the cap.
